This summer, the Brooklyn Flea will cross over the East River into the South Street Seaport, giving Manhattan a much-needed taste of what Brooklyn has to offer! I hate to admit it, but occasionally the contents of my lingerie drawer has an average age of at least one, if not two, presidential terms. I have not yet been to the Cosabella sample sale in Soho, but I have heard that lingerie and loungewear is up to 60% off.
Perhaps it is time to show my birthday suit some kindness with Cosabella's sexy thongs, lacy chemises, or underwire bras, all at bargain prices of $13-$80. Ends Tuesday, so I had best get a move on.
I wish I could sew. There are so many beautiful fabrics in the world -- just imagine being able to shape them into the garment of your choice.
